Has General Practice a future?

An incessant volley of technological solutions do not provide the answer to the existential issues General Practice is facing. At best they are a procrastination until more costly human solutions are available. At worst, they perpetuate the very issues responsible for the crisis.

Another cautionary tale for potentially dishonest doctors

The waiter asked me if everything was ok with the food. I politely nodded and replied it was great, despite it being a bit spicy for my liking. After a period of reflection, I still decided to leave a tip.
